I’ve read some comments about how the property needs refurbishing and I think they have listened! The rooms were very clean and modern (with that touch of Rome authenticity). The staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly, we were able to store our luggage at the property as we came in before our check-in time. By the time we explored the town and came back, our luggage was already taken up to our room. We also found the location great, with a 30 min scenic route to all major touristic attractions and a 10 min walk to the main train station. One of the best value for money hotels I’ve found in Rome.

recently renovated. Loved the spacious room with high ceilings and ability to open windows which allowed a great breeze. extremely clean comfortable room with welcoming and helpful staff. Location was excellent- less than 5 minutes to the metro and great area to walk around and have , access to restaurants.. has elevator which is small but functional. I would highly recommend this hotel. great value for the comfort, location and hospitable staff.

Check in starts from 14:00, but I arrived at 12:30. I had a room ready in 5 minutes. Small room but decent for my needs since traveling for work. WiFi was good, room cleaning was done early in the morning (nice), and the staff was helpful. It was good to have someone at the front desk at all times. Early checkout was simple. Also, the location felt safe with all the embassies in the area.

The room is good, accessibility can be an issue though since the historical palace where the hotel is located is put on multiple levels. The breakfast is good, with a nice selection of handmade cakes and a nice continental breakfast offer. The position is very convenient, being midway between the Termini Station and Villa Borghese.

Giorgio

Location was perfect and close to several restaurants and mini-marts. It's also close to the Termini station (10 mins walk). Staff was exceptional from front desk to maid services. Special mentiin to Michela, Antonio and Giovi. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was good and filling.
